Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using trrrust, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use trrrust. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Versionhash Technologies LLP ("Versionhash," "we," "us").
2. Eligibility
trrrust is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and above. By using trrrust, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If we discover that a user is under 18, their account will be terminated immediately.
3. Description of Service
trrrust is a presence-based, ephemeral messaging application. Messages are end-to-end encrypted and are not stored on our servers. Conversations exist only while both participants are active and are permanently deleted when either participant closes the chat.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use trrrust to:
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate any person
- Distribute content involving the exploitation of minors
- Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.
5. Privacy
Your use of trrrust is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and how we handle it.
6. Intellectual Property
trrrust, including its design, code, branding, and content, is the property of Versionhash Technologies LLP. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
trrrust is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Versionhash Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of trrrust.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
